As many of you know, Caldwell Jewelers is currently transitioning to a more professional, personal service. I have closed our showroom and will be working by appointment only.
I am in the same building at 7225 N. Oracle Rd. How ever, now I am upstairs in Suite 204.
My goal is to provide professional, personal service to you. I will still be taking in repairs, providing custom designs and performing professional appraisals.
This will allow me to spend time with each individual and address their needs, concerns, etc.

Our History:
Caldwell Jewelers originally known as B.J. Caldwell Jewelers was started in a 200 square foot office in 1980. B.J. began performing insurance appraisals and selling special order items. Within seven years the tiny office turned into a full service jewelry store occupying 1200 square feet. B.J. was one of the first Graduate Gemologists in Tucson as well as the first Master Gemologist Appraiser. Today her daughter-in-law now owns and runs Caldwell Jewelers. Monica is a Graduate Gemologist and a Master Gemologist Appraiser. She continues the strong commitment to service and professionalism in assisting our customers with some of the most important purchases of their lives. It is our pleasure to assist you in all your jewelry needs.

We promise to sell you exactly what YOU want. If you are not satisfied with your purchase at Caldwell Jewelers, simply return your item within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Refunds are issued within 30 days… credit card purchases are credited upon return. Our only goal is to see you satisfied and excited with your purchase.
Our Grading Guarantee
Every diamond at Caldwell’s is strictly graded to Gemological Institute of America (GIA) standards and is guaranteed to be exactly what we say it is on its accompanying receipt or appraisal. All diamonds are selected and graded by Master Gemologist Appraisers and Graduate Gemologists of the Gemological Institute of America. If you have any doubt about the grade of your diamond, we will happy to send your diamond to the Gemological Institute of America’s Gem Trade Laboratory at your expense. If the color, clarity, and weight grades do not match exactly, we will gladly refund your money and reimburse you for the cost of the report verification.
Trade Up?? Of Course!
If you should desire a larger, more valuable diamond in the future, we will be happy to take your diamond in trade. If the diamond was purchased here originally, we will give you exactly what you paid for your original diamond PLUS 5%. If the diamond was purchased elsewhere, we will still take your trade when you choose a larger, more valuable diamond
